§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

Thank you for your interest in working for Prodinger Organisation GmbH&Co.KG.We are aware of the importance of your data and process the personal data you provide in the application form only for the purpose of effective and correct handling of the application process and for contacting you during the application process. No data will be passed on to third parties without your consent.

As part of the application form, you will be asked to provide personal data. In doing so, we observe the principle of data economy and data avoidance by only requiring you to provide us with the data that we need to fully review your application documents, such as your resume, or that we are legally obligated to collect. This mandatory data is marked with an *(asterisk). For technical necessity as well as for legal protection, your IP address is also processed.

Without this data, we are unfortunately unable to check your application documents, which is why our application system does not allow you to upload your application documents in this case. Of course, you have the option of providing voluntary information in the application form.

We store your data for the above-mentioned purposes until the application process has been completed and related deadlines have expired - at the latest six months after receipt of a decision.However, you have the option of us storing your application documents for longer and matching them with other vacancies that match your profile.

§ 6 Further functions and offers of our website

§ 8 Use of a closed inquiry portal

(1) Insofar as you wish to use our inquiry portal (iStore), we must create a user for you to use the inquiry portal, which you must provide with a password of your own choosing.

(2) If you use our portal, we store your data required for the fulfillment of the contract, including information on the method of payment, until you finally delete your access. Furthermore, we store the voluntary data provided by you for the time of your use of the portal, unless you delete them beforehand.

§ 9 Use of digital signatures (JobRouterSign/eSign Anywhere)

For purposes of electronic signing of documents, PRODINGER Group uses the tool "JobRouterSign / eSign Anywhere" of JobRouter AG.For these purposes, personal data such as first name, last name, position in the company, e-mail address, date of signing, time of signing, IP address, geolocation, signature are collected and processed. The legal basis for the collection and processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and f) DS-GVO which establish a contractual or pre-contractual measure or a legitimate interest of PRODINGER Group. We have concluded a contract processing agreement with the solution provider in accordance with Art. 28 DS-GVO. § 10 Google Maps

On our website you will find links to Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visually present geographical information. We use the provider Vimeo, among others, for the integration of videos. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC with headquarters at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011 on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU-DS-GVO, § 25 para. 1 TTDSG.

On some of our websites, we use plugins of the provider Vimeo. Here, the principle of data economy and data avoidance is observed, as only the e-mail address is marked as a mandatory field.For technical necessity as well as for legal protection, your IP address is also processed when ordering the newsletter.

For sending newsletters by e-mail, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that you will only receive advertising by e-mail if you have previously expressly confirmed that you want us to activate the newsletter service. This is done by sending you a notification e-mail and asking you to confirm that you would like to receive our newsletter at this e-mail address by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail.

§ 13 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.
